Do I need an account to place an order?

No. Account is not needed. You can order as a guest.

How Do I Track My Order?

You will be provided with a tracking number and courier website/ telephone number to be able to track your shipment.

How Can I Return a Product?

We can accept a return only within 15 Calendar Days after the delivery, if the item is in its original packing. We do not accept any opened items for return. If there is any fault with the device, it can be replaced/ repaired as per the Manufacturer Service Centre Policy. You must carry the device to the Brand authorised Service Center. Their Terms and conditions will Apply for the service.
