Delivery is free on every Arush.ae order, anywhere in the UAE. Unopened items in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days.
Free delivery across the UAE
We deliver to all seven emirates at no charge. You can send an order to your own address or to someone you are gifting: just enter the recipient’s UAE address at checkout.
How long delivery takes
Orders are usually delivered in 3–5 working days after payment. Your Miles are deducted at checkout, so the order only needs to be placed before your Miles expire.
Gold and silver orders: to meet UAE anti-money-laundering rules for dealers in precious metals, gold and silver orders need a short identity (KYC) check before dispatch. Our gold and silver supplier Luxetech.me sends the request by email from info@luxetech.me. Complete it promptly so your order can be dispatched. Phones, AirPods and perfumes do not need KYC.
Returns and exchanges
Once opened, items cannot be exchanged or returned. Only items in their original, unopened packaging are eligible for return within 7 days.
How to request a return

- Give your order number and the item you want to return.
- We will confirm the return and arrange the next steps with you.
Refunds
Approved refunds are made to the original payment method. If you paid with Miles, card, or Miles plus card, the refund goes back the same way.
