Your ID documents are collected for this purpose by our bullion vendor, Luxetech General Trading LLC, stored securely, and shared only with the relevant UAE authorities when legally required.
How we use it
We use your information only to process and deliver your order, redeem your Miles, provide customer support, meet legal and compliance obligations, and prevent fraud.
Sharing
We share your details only with the vendor fulfilling your order, the delivery company shipping it, our Miles redemption partner, and authorities where required by law. We do not sell your personal data.
