The marketplace
Arush.ae lets members redeem Miles for products supplied by independent vendors. Each purchase is a contract between you and the vendor named on the product page, and is subject to that vendor’s Terms & Conditions shown on the product’s Terms & Conditions tab.
Prices and availability
Prices are shown in Miles and apply at the time the order is placed. Products are subject to availability, and we may correct errors in prices or descriptions and cancel affected orders with a full refund of Miles.
Your account and use of the site
You must provide accurate information and keep your login details secure. You may not misuse the site, attempt fraudulent redemptions, or interfere with its operation. We may refuse or cancel orders where fraud or misuse is suspected.
Intellectual property
All content on Arush.ae, including text, images and logos, belongs to us or our vendors and may not be copied without permission. Product brand names belong to their respective owners.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses or for delays beyond our reasonable control. Delivery, returns and product warranties are handled by the vendor under its Terms & Conditions.
